TuffStuff came to us as they wanted a simple, straight forward solution for their business. One that would allow ease of use while still containing the complexity needed to manage their inventory, products and order tracking from a business perspective. Knowing their clients needed an easy, simple, no bullshit approach to ordering that would be time effective, we really focused on creating a design that had simple navigation, quick access to product categories and flow through for accelerated purchasing. On a product level we created a bulk order grid which allows users to add multiple units of different variations with options to filter included. Integrating a client portal into the design also allows customers to easily see their order history and to reorder at the click of a button at any time. The design concept flowed through to the development of the paired back mobile version, allowing continued ease of use and operation with many of the customers needing access while on the road.

In addition to their website we also worked with TuffStuff to create both a print and digital product catalogue that would speak to the concept and clean design of their online presence. We continue to work alongside TuffStuff as with many of our clients working with them on their changing needs and requirements as they arise.
